the room was infested with ants, how charming! on top of that, there were NO food options for breakfast, despite the enticing listings. i woudl've expected a welcome gift after such horrors, but alas, i guess only those without such refined taste receive such special treatment. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

I loved the cozy and well-maintained room, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with tailored options. However, the lack of counter space in the bathroom was a bit frustrating.

Breakfast? Oh man, it was like a dream! You could tailor it any way you like—bacon and eggs galore! Plus, the lovely adult swings around the fireplace in the backyard made for the perfect chill spot after feasting. The room was spick and span, and exploring the Amish area was an absolute highlight with all the horses and buggies around.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely B&B while exploring the charm of Lancaster County. The kids loved the beautiful outdoor spaces and the Victorian décor added a cozy touch to our family’s experience. Visiting the local Amish spots was a highlight, too!

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available.

It was just a proper fit for a quick weekend visit in Bird-in-Hand with outstanding value. The outdoor hot tub was a nice surprise for us in the evenings. Make sure to enjoy the lovely flower gardens around the property.

The highlight of my stay was the made-to-order breakfast. the ability to choose what I wanted was fantastic. The inviting outdoor seating area made for a peaceful retreat during downtime. However, the bathroom was cramped, making it difficult to maneuver comfortably, and there were times I found it challenging to get hot water, likely due to other guests using it up before me. Additionally, while the common areas were beautiful, seating often felt limited during busy mealtimes.

The charming Victorian décor transported me back in time, especially those delightful adult swings around the fireplace in the backyard. Relaxing there with a cup of coffee made me feel like I was at a fancy garden party!

More seating in common areas would be nice.

We loved our stay! The Victorian charm took our breath away, especially the stunning Christmas decor. The upgraded king room offered spacious comfort—ideal for cozy evenings. Enjoyed relaxing by the outdoor fireplace swings after a delicious breakfast. Definitely plan on visiting again during warmer months to explore the beautiful grounds.
